Hans de Kretser
Director and Project Manager

Hans has a background working in arts organisations like English National Opera and Sadler's Wells where he specialised in digital marketing when it all started. Since then he's helped over three hundred arts organisations with their online presence.


Raf Malanga
Creative Director

Raf has been part of HdK Associates for over 10 years. An MA graduate from Central Saint Martins, Raf specialised in Communications Design and Digital Media. He understands all aspects of design, including user experience and branding.


Sophia Sharpley
Content Producer and Digital Consultant

Sophia manages the social media campaigns and advertising strategies for our clients at HdK. She has an extensive background in marketing, working predominantly in the Not-For-Profit and Arts sector.


Bridget Lavin
Marketing Assistant

Bridget works closely on campaigns, social media strategies and updating websites. She's also a friendly voice on the telephone. Bridget's background is in theatrical arts, but has also worked on higher education policy reform.


Nicholas Hart
Digital Project Co-ordinator

Nick has over eight year's experience as a website developer, and so is here to help manage our digital projects, also offering prompt, friendly support to our clients. With a background in performance (he used to puppeteer Joey in War Horse at the National Theatre), Nick brings with him a great insight into the arts sector.


Leonardo Collina
Senior Designer

Leonardo is a senior graphic designer with nine years experience in the creative industry specialising in editorial, typesetting and layout, branding. His work has been featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Time Out London as well as on design platforms like Creative Review and Design Week.


Peter Blach
Film & Editing

Peter has been filming and editing trailers and features for HdK for over 12 years. He began his career in the UK TV industry in 1995 and progressed into production and worked on reality TV, short documentaries and film productions as well as making films for the public, arts and corporate sector sector.


Kate Sarley
Finance Manager

Working for organisations such as Theatre Royal Stratford East, Soho Theatre Company and Talawa Theatre Company and many senior management roles, Kate is currently working as the financial manager for Culture&, and several independent artists in addition to HdK.
